Timebet (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all Timebet services.

By accessing our website or app, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a cash out option is available.
• If incorrect odds are displayed before a match begins or during live betting, Timebet reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded.
• The maximum single bet amount may vary depending on the market.
• Accounts found to be involved in betting syndicates or any form of unethical betting will be terminated.

Live Betting

Odds change rapidly during live betting. The odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are final. Timebet will not be liable for any bets that fail to process due to disconnection or technical issues.

Timebet believes that betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all members to bet responsibly.

Self-Control Tools

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for any given period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request account closure for an extended break.

You may request to close your account at any time. Any valid balance will be refunded, but any bonus balance will be forfeited.

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our customer support team in the first instance. We aim to provide an initial response within 72 hours.

If an issue cannot be resolved through customer support, a complaint may be submitted to Timebet's licensing authority. All disputes must be submitted in writing, in either English or Bengali. Timebet's decision shall be considered final in all dispute resolutions, though the right to pursue legal action remains reserved.
